Confession
It's confession time: we are officially, unabashedly, hooked on "the Office".
We love to hate Andy.
We love to root for Jim and Pam (Jam??)
We LOVE the practical jokes played on Dwight.
I'm not so sure I love to cringe at Michael's un-PCness... but I am definitely feeling more compassion for him as we go along.
We have spent almost a month now watching Seasons 1 through (almost finished) 3... three episodes at a time at night. What will we do when we "catch up" to where it is on TV now... and then have to wait a WEEK for a show... and then just one at a time... and with commercial breaks????

The commercial breaks are hard, but lately they have had one hour episodes! Pat and I are addicted too. Do you feel sorry for Toby? hehe. Glad you could join the club.
Hey - I've just gotten into the American version too! Have you seen the British version though? At the risk of being hounded... it's much better. But I think you have to appreciate the drier sense of humour, and it's even more painful to watch.
Hope that you, and Pip, are going well. How long now?

I've seen a few episodes of the British one and find it much too painful to watch at the moment... the boss character is pure awfulness in skin! maybe I'll become desensitized to the cringe-factor in time and start to find it funny :-)
4 weeks (give or take a fortnight) to go now - quite exciting!
David and I have become "Office" addicted as well...and to think it was almost canceled after it's first season!
