Modern Talking - Geronimo´s Cadillac

Our little family went out for a sushi lunch today. Not only was the food a treat, but there was entertainment too... The restaurant, in true Japanese Karaoke style, was playing old music videos. Boney M videos. And Modern Talking videos. The younger crowd in the restaurant seemed to just be ignoring the "sad 80s music", but Jeremy and I were in fits of laughter. We really used to like this music! But the best part was watching Teg: she loved it!! She was bopping around in her high chair, transfixed by the bright colours, big hair, shiny lip glossed lips (seriously?!?!) Who needs Baby Einstein when you have some old Modern Talking videos lying around somewhere? So here, for your viewing pleasure and comic relief, is one of the tracks that had us ROTFL today:

And, really, I love 80s music. Duran duran and Bon Jovi--I had some serious crushes as a kid. And then the New Kids came along, and I became a teeny bopper. That episode in my musical background is not nearly as cool.
