Sultans of Spice

In the 31 months we have been married, we have probably had 31 conversations (at least) about our desire to try and make our own Naan bread. Last night was the night for our long-awaited Indian fest. The menu included corn fritters, naan (garlic and plain), and coriander chicken as our main dish. The wine was a local pinot grigio with 'lemongrass accents', supposedly to enhance spicy oriental dishes... Yay for cooking fabulous feasts at home!
