Introducing Gene
Well, I'm eating toast with preserves most every day for lunch, so this can only mean one thing.... there is a bun in the oven!
I suppose it's time to make it "internet official" and announce that we are expecting #2 in January 2010. Our working in utero title (lest our baby be called "it" for the first 9 months of its life) is "Gene": Jeremy's clever suggestion since this baby has our genes, and it could work for a boy (Gene Kelly) or a girl (as in Billy-Jean King). The doctor's comment on the first ultrasound was that everything looks "awesome" :-) Always good words to hear.
We are excited!
And excited too to be moving to a new house where Teg will have her own room... which means that (GASP with excitement) I GET MY BEDROOM BACK! After 19 months of having Teg in our bedroom we are definitely ready to have our own space again. I want to read in bed with the light on until it's time to sleep. I want to nap on my bed during the day time. I want to enjoy the next 6 months of bedroom selfishness.... until Gene arrives and we start sharing all over again :-)

Oh how wonderful!!! Congratulations to you and Jeremy!
YAY! Watching you become a mom the first time was beautiful (will never forget your joy when you shared Teg's ultrasound pics at 20s) and I'm sure it will be even better the second time around. Praise God from whom all blessings flow! I suppose the move to a house, etc means you're staying stateside, at least for a while? I've been praying.
We are excited for you, too!!!
Congratulations!! How exciting that Teg will be a big sister.
I suppose you also could have gone with alleal.
Congratulations to you all. Glad you will be around so we can meet him or her.
Congratulations, Bronwyn and Jeremy! Hope you are coping well being pregnant and chasing a little one around! Very excited for you! But disappointed to hear that you'll be staying in CA even longer... :-( Take care and God bless!
Congrats Bronwyn and Jeremy! So excited for all three of you! Missing you down here, our pickle jar chats were extraordinarily helpful and your insights are dearly missed. Hope you have a wonderful pregnancy and a quick, safe and exciting delivery! I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of Gene! --Jillian
