learning things

Tegwyn is learning all sorts of things. How to jump. How to count. Her colours. How to make snakes from playdough. How to cut said snakes using playdough scissors.

And it would appear that in the midst of it, she is learning the art of encouragement too. I finished singing a requested song in the car this morning, and was met with "Good singing, Mommy". And an hour later, while pouring cups of water into a pot for a recipe and counting: ".... four, five, six, seven, eight", Teg joined in with the counting, and then added, "Good counting, Mommy."

Thanks, my baby. Mommy's glad you noticed.

Ha ha ha!!! She is the sweetest. Tell her I'm a sucker for encouragement if she ever wants to tell me sweet nothings. :-)
