Champion Pregnant Chick

Ha ha! What a champion pregnant chick I felt yesterday. A few of our students headed out to help build a house with Habitat for Humanity for low-income families. I didn't think I would be able to do much on site - but it turned out I was able (and capable!) to help with cutting the siding boards... What a thrill it was to operate power tools and see my perfectly-shaped wooden beams fitting snugly on the side of the house :-)
