We escaped this past weekend to go camping. We had originally hoped for a full 2 day retreat, but circumstances changed so that an overnight trip was all that was possible. But camping means packing everything you eat, wear, cook with, sleep in and on and under... and then carrying it all... and driving how ever many hours... unpacking it all, sleeping, and then repeating it all the next day.

Was it worth it? Absolutely. I am writing this down to remind myself that it is worth it to pack a car and drive some distance for 24 hours with birds and trees. *Breathe in* *Breathe out*
I just wouldn't have breathed the same way had I spent those 24 hours sitting on a couch...
