Teg-isms
I keep a little calendar where I write down milestones and occasional funny things Teg says. This week, I wrote in a size 2 font and still couldn't fit it in - so it deserves a blog post. Hope these make you smile. They sure made us howl with laughter.
I pointed out a hot pink truck to Teg on the motorway: "It's pink. It's boodaful (beautiful)! Like my toenails!"
(Background info: Teg's pediatrician's last name is Oberhotlzer but he is called "Dr O" by his patients.) Callum was cooing sweetly in the back of the car: ngggg. aaah. oooo. o. o. And we were copying him in our baby speak "nggg. aah. oooo. o.o." Teg: "He says o. o. o. He needs the doctor!"
"Daddy, can I have some chocolate milk? Mommy said yes. I said yes also."
"I need to get a bus to Saccamento to buy some chocolate milk."
"Mommy are you married?" (Yes, are you married Teg?) "Yes" (Who are you married to?) "To Daddy"
I put on my new Revolver CD in the car. Teg: "That sounds like the voice of Jesus singing." (Really? Who knew?!?!... I laughed and let that one go... but the next day the CD was on again and she said "It's Jesus!")
And finally, Teg's commentary as we unpacked a box of clothes which had been passed on to her: "Lookit! It's boodaful. It's so fancy. I'm adawble (adorable)."

I love the comments that she is married to her daddy, and the comments relating to chocolate milk. They are just hilarious! Love that little, adorable Teg!

"I'm adorable." Awesome.
I had an odd moment reading this when I couldn't figure out why you were putting your revolver in your car.
