Don't just flop...
We have been watching some "cinema classics" of late. Last night we watched Gigi, a 1958 movie about a young, rambunctious jeune fille being taught manners and groomed to be.... let's say 'better company'...
I laughed out loud at one of the aunt's instructions to Gigi as she threw herself onto a couch: "Don't just flop, Gigi, ingratiate yourself into it!"

I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! I think i've seen it about 20 times. Something classic and elegant - and yet just a little bit naughty too (why was such an older man feeding a young teenage woman so much sweets and champagne?)
